Mark your calendars: Parent Prom returns on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Holy Whale in Riverview. It is an evening of music, dancing, and community for the adults — and every ticket helps give a student the prom they deserve. Tickets go on sale August 10.
What is Parent Prom?
Parent Prom is one of Friends of the Royals' most beloved traditions: a formal night out — gowns, suits, a live band, and a whole lot of Royals pride — designed for the parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends of Riverview High School. The adults get their own prom night, and the proceeds change lives.
The cause: PromPretty
Every ticket funds PromPretty, a volunteer-run program that provides free prom dresses, accessories, and formalwear to students facing financial barriers. PromPretty has helped hundreds of students across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island feel confident and included on their big day.
