All For Jack · Charitable raffle
Rules of Play
NB Lottery Licence #2162078 56 001. Conducted by Friends of the Royals. The issued licence and approved rules govern.
1Organizer and charitable purpose
Friends of the Royals conducts and manages the All For Jack charitable raffle under New Brunswick lottery licence #2162078 56 001. Net proceeds will support Jack Turpin’s medical needs, home care, and related family expenses arising from his cancer treatment, in accordance with the charitable purpose approved under the licence. Net proceeds mean gross ticket revenue less approved raffle expenses and any prize costs.
2Sales period and ticket prices
Ticket sales open Saturday, November 7, 2026, and close Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Atlantic Time. Tickets cost $20 each or three tickets for $50, in Canadian dollars. Each three-ticket purchase receives three distinct ticket numbers and three entries. There is no preset limit on the number of tickets available, subject to the issued licence. Only tickets fully paid for and issued before sales close are eligible. No credit is extended to purchasers.
3Eligibility
There is no age restriction. Jack Turpin, his parents, and his siblings are ineligible to participate or win. These are the only relationship-based exclusions. Tickets must be sold within New Brunswick. A participant must be a New Brunswick resident or, if not a resident, physically present in New Brunswick while participating, as required by the licence and applicable law. Website sales must enforce the territorial requirements approved by the Registrar.
4Ticket issuance and entry records
Tickets are purchased through the Friends of the Royals website and emailed to the purchaser. Each individual ticket has a unique, consecutively assigned number linked to the purchaser’s name and email address in the organizer’s entry records. Purchasers must provide an accurate email address and may print their emailed tickets. Printing or copying a ticket does not create another entry. The same ticket number can be entered only once.
Before the draw, the organizer prints one uniform paper entry bearing each eligible ticket number and places all eligible entries in a common draw container. The organizer reconciles the entries against the paid ticket records, excludes unsold, void, unpaid and duplicate entries, and records the reconciliation. Website sales, electronic issuance and physical entry preparation must follow the process approved by the Registrar; these rules do not independently authorize an electronic ticketing system.
5Draw date and location
Doors open Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. Atlantic Time, and draws begin at 2:30 p.m., at Holy Whale Beer Hall, 391 Coverdale Road, Riverview, NB E1B 3J6. Winners do not have to attend. Friends of the Royals will display the licence at the draw premises and conduct the draws through its authorized representatives, with an independent witness present.
6Prize selection and drawing procedure
There are 40 prizes or prize bundles, with a combined stated value of $13,933 CAD, listed in Schedule A. Each numbered schedule entry is one prize or bundle awarded to one winning ticket. Schedule numbering identifies prizes and does not prescribe draw order. The prize or bundle is announced before its winning ticket is selected; the winner receives that announced prize or bundle and cannot select a different prize.
Before each selection, the remaining entries are thoroughly mixed. An authorized representative draws one paper entry at random without viewing the entries. The organizer announces and records the selected ticket number and its assigned prize. Each remaining eligible ticket has an equal chance in that selection. The drawn entry is removed permanently from subsequent draws. All other eligible entries remain in the container.
One ticket can win only one prize or bundle. A person holding multiple eligible tickets may win multiple prizes through different ticket numbers. If a selected entry is found to be invalid, duplicated or held by an ineligible person, the reason is recorded and another entry is drawn for the same prize from the remaining eligible entries. Other valid tickets held by a verified ineligible person are removed before further selections. The organizer maintains a record of every draw and any correction.
7Prizes and odds
Schedule A forms part of these rules. Prize values are the values supplied by the donors. All scheduled prizes must be awarded in accordance with the licence and approved rules, regardless of ticket sales. No alcohol, cannabis or live animals are offered. Donor gift certificates and baskets must exclude alcohol and cannabis. No expiry dates or minimum-purchase conditions have been disclosed for the donated prizes. Service-discount prizes provide the stated credit toward the donor’s service; any amount beyond that credit is the winner’s responsibility. No cash alternative is offered by the organizer.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible tickets issued and the number remaining at each selection. Because sales have no preset ticket limit, fixed odds cannot be stated in advance. Prize changes, substitutions, cancellation or postponement require the Registrar’s written authorization where required; the organizer has no unilateral right to change the advertised prizes or draw arrangements.
8Notification and claiming prizes
Winners are contacted by email at the address linked to the winning ticket. Friends of the Royals will send initial notifications on the draw date and retain notification records. Winners must contact Info@friendsoftheroyals.com by Sunday, November 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Atlantic Time to claim their prize and arrange collection or delivery. Claiming means contacting the organizer within that period; physical collection need not occur within that week. Winners should check their inbox and spam folder.
The organizer verifies the winning ticket number, purchaser identity and eligibility against the entry records before releasing a prize. A printed ticket is not required if ownership can be verified from those records. Where the winner is a minor, arrangements for receipt and any service requiring an adult will be made with a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable law and the Registrar’s directions.
The organizer will make reasonable follow-up attempts to contact a nonresponding winner and document those attempts. Failure to contact the organizer within one week does not automatically forfeit a prize. Unclaimed prizes remain held by the organizer pending written direction from the Registrar. They will not automatically be donated to Friends of the Royals, redrawn or otherwise disposed of.
9Administration and inquiries
Ticket and contact information is used to administer the raffle, verify entries, notify winners, distribute prizes and meet regulatory obligations. The organizer safeguards that information and retains required raffle records for six years. Draw disputes or irregularities are documented and referred to the Registrar where necessary. No organizer decision overrides applicable law, the issued licence or the approved rules.
The full approved rules and prize schedule will be available through the Friends of the Royals website and on request from Info@friendsoftheroyals.com. Questions and prize claims should be addressed to Friends of the Royals at that email address.
